Common questions
How is this different from the referral program?
❯
The referral program gives both sides +7 trial days automatically. The affiliate program gives you +14 days per referral (double), and also lets you choose PAYG credits or a coupon code instead. Same mechanic, bigger and more flexible rewards.
Do I need to apply or get approved?
❯
No. Any x12port account holder automatically has access to their affiliate link. Just log in, grab your link from the dashboard, and start sharing.
When are the rewards credited?
❯
Instantly, the moment the person you referred completes their sign-up. No waiting period, no manual approval needed.
Can I stack trial days beyond my trial period?
❯
Yes. Days accumulate and are applied to your account. If you convert to a paid plan before using them, they carry over and extend your next billing cycle.
What if I want PAYG credits instead of trial days?
❯
You can choose how to redeem your earned rewards from inside your dashboard. Credits go directly to your PAYG balance.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
❯
None at all. Refer as many people as you want — every successful signup adds to your rewards balance.
